Mom’s BBQ Spareribs

Actually these are baked but they taste like barbecued. A great, adaptable recipe. its easy and the ribs come out wonderfully tender and tasty. I usually substitute some soy sauce for some Worcestershire, add a little celery seed and half the ketchup can be one of Kate’s amazing salsas. I used peach salsa the other day. was wonderful.

  • 1/8 t. tobasco
