Ingredients
BEEF TACOS
Filling
1 lb ground beef
1/2 yellow onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
salt and black pepper to taste
pinch of chilis
1 Tablespoon chili powder
1/8 teaspoon cumin seeds
pinch of allspice
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 cup tomato sauce
TOPPINGS
sour cream
salsa
chopped tomatoes
chopped lettuce
grated cheddar cheese
chopped fresh cilantro

Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
heat medium size frying pan til water dropped in sizzles. add a little vegetable oil and then fry ground beef, mashing down to avoid lumps.

Step 2
add salt and spices. When the meat no longer shows pink, add onion and garlic and fry until the onion is translucent add tomato sauce.
Step 3
place your choice of toppings in separate bowls.

Step 4
place 6 soft taco shells in your toaster over and toast until the top shell starts puffing up. repeat with another 6.
Step 5
Put everything on the table and let everyone dress their own taco.
